By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You are prohibited from using the names of Distribution centers mentioned (in advertising, online, flyers, displays, or any other marketing method). All labels and tags must be removed or altered. If you violate these terms, DNC Wholesale reserves the right to deny future purchases.
2. Disclaimer
At LGM Wholesale, we strive for customer satisfaction, but to offer the best values, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. There are no refunds, credits, or returns allowed from department stores or distributors. Our strict no-returns policy means that LGM Wholesale reserves the right to approve or decline claims related to processing errors, delays, or distressed merchandise.
Please be aware that purchasing closeouts, returns, and overstock items carries some risk. However, our experienced sales team is dedicated to providing accurate product information. All merchandise is sold as-is, and LGM Wholesale makes no warranties, express or implied.
Merchandise lots are based on figures provided by distributors and department stores. We cannot guarantee the exact number of items in each size, style, or brand within any lot. Lots may include distressed items, and quantities can vary. Not all merchandise will come with original packaging or price tags. LGM Wholesale is not responsible for any dissatisfaction related to the sale or quality of the merchandise.
3. Placing Orders
To place an order, customers must select the offer/lot category, specify the desired quantity, and provide a shipping address. A shipping quote and total charges will be sent for review. Once acknowledged, an invoice will be created and sent for approval and signature. The customer must sign and return the invoice to confirm the order.
For wire transfers, the invoice will include bank details for payment. Orders are only considered complete once payment has cleared.
4. Claims
If a customer believes there has been an error on LGM Wholesale’s part, they may contact us to file a claim. Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of the delivery date. LGM Wholesale reserves the right to reject any claims not filed within this time frame.
If a claim is processed and it is determined that LGM Wholesale did not deliver the promised quality of merchandise or service, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or a credit for a future purchase as compensation.
5. Order and Processing time
Order processing times vary based on the size and quantity of the lots ordered. Smaller lots that are in stock typically ship within 3-7 business days after order completion. For larger orders or when stock is insufficient to fulfill the order, backorders will be placed with distributors or department stores. These may take anywhere from 6-12 business days, though processing times could be longer depending on the specific order.
Please note, processing times do not include shipping transit, which is subject to various factors.
6. Payment Methods
We only accept Wire/Bank Transfers (including Zelle). All applicable taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not accept PayPal due to high fees and delays in processing large transactions, which impact order fulfillment.
7. Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of each order and are not included in the product price. After your order is placed, a sales representative will contact you within 48 hours with a shipping quote. We work with multiple carriers to find the best available rates. Expedited and insured shipping options are available upon request. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Local pickup can be arranged.
International Shipping Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are not included in shipping quotes and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Unclaimed or Returned Orders If a shipment is returned or not picked up within 10 business days, the order and payment will be forfeited. Customers are responsible for all return-related costs.
Liability LGM Wholesale is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
