Are your products Authentic/Original?

Yes, all of the products we offer are genuine and original. Our liquidation merchandise is sourced in bulk from authorized distributors and well- established department stores, ensuring the highest quality and legitimacy. We do not deal in replicas or counterfeit goods.

How do I place and Order?

To place an order with LGM Wholesale, please contact us with the specific lots or offers you are interested in from our Products page, along with the desired quantities. Additionally, kindly provide your full shipping address so that we can generate an accurate shipping quote for your order.

How are your Products priced?
We offer two main types of deals: Overstock from distributors and closeout lots from department stores, each featuring its own unique pricing structure.
 
Overstock from Distributors-Typically features products from a single brand, allowing customers to select specific items and quantities. Since customers can choose the exact products, each item is priced individually.

What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of wholesale merchandise, including apparel, footwear, handbags, accessories, and other fashion-related items. Our inventory primarily consists of overstock and closeouts from trusted distributors and well-known department stores.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we partner with a range of reputable freight forwarding companies and trusted carriers, each with extensive experience in international shipping. They are fully equipped to deliver our wholesale merchandise to customers across the globe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept Wire/Bank Transfers (including Zelle). All applicable taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not accept PayPal due to high fees and delays in processing large transactions, which impact order fulfillment.

Are your products Authentic/Original?

What season is the merchandise from?

While we are not always provided with the original release dates of the merchandise, we prioritize offering current and in-demand styles.

To ensure freshness, we maintain a limited stock for smaller orders and source additional quantities directly from major department stores and distributors when larger orders are placed. This approach helps us provide our customers with up-to-date, trend-relevant merchandise.

What is the condition of the merchandise?

Our wholesale inventory includes merchandise in a range of conditions, commonly recognized within the liquidation and wholesale industry. Below are the standard classifications:

Overstock

New and unused items that were never sold in retail stores. Typically comes in original packaging and may include retail tags.

Closeouts & Shelf Pulls

New merchandise previously displayed in stores or online but not purchased. Generally in excellent condition, often with original tags, though some signs of in-store handling may be present.

Irregulars

New items with minor manufacturing defects or imperfections. Fully functional but may not meet the brand’s quality control standards.

Customer Returns

Products that were purchased and then returned by customers. May show minor signs of use or handling. Tags and original packaging are often not included.

Pre-Worn

Used items that display visible signs of wear. These products are sold as-is and typically do not include retail tags or packaging.

Do wholesale items come with price tags?
Generally, yes, but it depends on the specific offer and source.
  • Overstock: Most items include original price tags.
  • Closeouts: Around 90-95% retain their tags, but price stickers showing store names are removed as required, which may affect some tags.
  • Customer Returns: These items often do not have price tags.
Do the items come in their original packaging?

The packaging of wholesale merchandise varies depending on the offer and the condition of the items.

  • Shoes and bedding: These items typically come in their original boxes or packaging, regardless of condition.
  • Overstock items: Generally, products in overstock condition include their original packaging.
  • Closeout items: While some may retain original packaging, most will not, as these products often come from department store displays.
  • Customer returns: Items in this category usually do not include original packaging.

Most of the offers on our site consist primarily of department store closeouts. Since many of these items were previously displayed, original brand packaging is often removed during the store’s preparation process.

What is the Pricing for Shipping?

Shipping quotes are based on the weight, dimensions of the merchandise, and the destination.

To provide an accurate quote and estimated transit time, we’ll need the following details:

  • The quantity you wish to order
  • The complete shipping address

Once you have this information, simply contact us, and we’ll provide a detailed shipping quote for your order.

International shipping available?

Yes, we offer international shipping.

Although international shipping can involve additional steps, LGM Wholesale works closely with a network of reputable freight forwarding companies and experienced global carriers. These partners are well-versed in international logistics and ensure that our wholesale merchandise is shipped safely and efficiently to customers around the world.

We only work with reliable shipping providers who not only handle transport but also assist with the import process, including customs clearance and any necessary documentation. This helps minimize delays and ensures compliance with the destination country’s regulations. Our goal is to make the international shipping process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our customers.

Are customers permitted to arrange their own shipping or pickup for orders?

Customer-Arranged Shipping

Customers are welcome to arrange their own shipping or coordinate a local pickup. If you have a preferred freight company or courier service, or if you plan to collect the order in person, we are happy to accommodate.

Once your order has been fully processed and prepared for shipment, we will notify you with all necessary pickup details, including the pickup location, available times, and any documentation required. You or your carrier will then be responsible for scheduling and completing the pickup.

Please note that once the merchandise leaves our facility under customer-arranged shipping, LGM Wholesale is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays during transit.

How is merchandise packaged for shipment?

The packaging and shipping method employed varies based on the nature and volume of the merchandise. Smaller orders are generally shipped in standard shipping boxes, whereas larger orders are carefully consolidated and transported on pallets to ensure optimal protection and handling during transit.

How do I place an order?

To place an order with LGM Wholesale, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Products: Review the lots and offers listed on our products page and identify the items you are interested in, along with the quantities you wish to purchase.
  2. Provide Shipping Details: Submit your complete shipping address so we can accurately calculate the shipping costs.
  3. Contact Us: Reach out to our sales team via phone or email with the product selections, quantities, and shipping information.

Once we receive your request, a sales representative will prepare a detailed quote including product pricing and shipping costs. An invoice will then be sent for your review and approval.

After you confirm and sign the invoice, we will process your order promptly. If paying by wire transfer, payment instructions will be included with the invoice. Please note that orders are finalized once payment is received.

Who do we work with?

LGM Wholesale proudly serves both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) customers. To ensure a streamlined and accessible purchasing experience, we do not require a business license or formal registration to place an order.

Whether you're an established retailer or an independent buyer, you’re welcome to shop our wholesale offerings.

What payment methods do you accept?

LGM Wholesale accepts the following payment methods:

While multiple payment options are available, bank wire transfers are the most commonly used in the wholesale industry. This method is preferred for its speed, reliability, and suitability for high-volume transactions. Wire transfers typically clear within 1–3 business days and often carry a flat processing fee between $20–$50, depending on your financial institution.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Most of our inventory consists of closeouts and overstock from major department stores and distributors. These items are offered at deeply discounted prices because suppliers do not accept returns or issue refunds for them.

In order to provide the best possible value to our customers, we must extend the same policy. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, our team is happy to assist.
